Anniversary Raffle

1. How to participate?
   To participate in the raffle, you only have to:
   ✅ Attend our event on any of the dates indicated.
   ✅ Cancel the general admission fee of ₡3,000.
   ✅ Request and fill out your participation coupon at the entrance.

2. Valid dates for participation
   One coupon per person may be filled out on each of the following dates:
   📅 August: 01, 02, 08, 09, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30
   📅 September: 05, 06

3. Coupon Requirements

   • The coupon must be filled out completely with the participant's personal information.

   • Must include: full name, ID number and signature, exactly as they appear on your ID.

   • The coupon must be deposited in the official mailbox or storage space, indicated by the DANCE WITH ME staff, on the day of your visit.

   • A group or several individuals are permitted to fill out multiple coupons on behalf of a single participant, as long as the coupons are deposited during the event.

4. Mandatory presence

   • The drawing will take place on September 12th during our anniversary event.

   • The participant must be present and carry a valid ID to claim the prize if he or she wins.

   • No other person will be allowed to claim the prize in your place.

5. Winners and prizes

   • Each coupon represents an individual chance to win.

   • The same participant may win more than once.
     🏆 The more dates you participate in, the more chances you have to win.

   • The total prize amount is ₡500,000 (five hundred thousand colones), divided between:
     💵 Cash
     🎁 Gift Cards
     🎧 Accessories
     🍽️ Dinners
     🎊 And other special prizes

6. Penalties for irregularities

   • If any anomaly, alteration, attempted fraud, or improper participation is detected, the participant will be disqualified from all prizes and raffles, with no right to appeal.

7. Awards ceremony and responsibility

   • The prizes will be awarded as announced and specified.

   • DANCE WITH ME and Jonathan Ovares, the project manager, are not responsible for:

     • Damage, expiration or conditions of use of the prize once delivered.

     • Restrictions, deadlines or other terms set by the prize providers.

   • All relevant information will be specified on each prize at the time of delivery.

8. Guarantee of accessories or prizes with coverage

   • Prizes that include a warranty (such as accessories or physical items) will be valid for two months, starting September 12, 2025.

   • The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects, not to damage caused by misuse or user manipulation.

   • To validate the guarantee, you must send an email to info@bailaconmigocr.com including:
     📷 Clear photographs of the damage
     📝 Brief explanation of the problem
     📅 Award delivery date

9. Reassignment of prizes

   • If the winner is not present at the time of the drawing, a new winner will be selected, with no right of appeal by the absentee.
